SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Nour Hammour offers complimentary International Express shipping on all orders over 500 Euros. For any orders below 500 Euros a 15 Euros flat rate is added on the order. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be dispatched as it goes through strict security measures due to COVID-19 guidelines. Once the package shipped you will be notified via email along with a tracking number to be able to track your package. 

Sale items over 500 Euros eligible for refunds, products under 500 Euros are final sale. 

All returns must be shipped with the original packaging, please e-mail us at sales@nour-hammour.com for return authorization number and pre-paid documents will be sent to you.
