The following Terms and Conditions are valid between you and Nour Hammour (‘Nour Hammour’, “us”, “we”) and apply to all use of the orders placed on Nour Hammour’s website www.nour-hammour.com
When using the website and or placing an order you are confirming that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you accept and understand our Privacy Policy.
The terms and conditions valid for your order are always the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.
By visiting the Nour Hammour website, and or purchasing from our website, you engage in our Service and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
You may not use products purchased through our website or in person for any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates any laws in jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve a transmission of various networks; and changes to confirm and adapt to technical requirements of connecting social networks or devices. Credit or debit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Nour Hammour does not hold any card information unless approved otherwise by the client.
Disclaimer
Nour Hammour does not guarantee that all items included on the website are in stock at the time of your purchase. In the case where the item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly after receiving your order by phone or email. Nour Hammour does not guarantee that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. The content of the site can be amended at any time.
In the event that you were charged a wrong amount on the webshop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price, receiving a refund for the adjusted amount or cancelling your order.
Payments
Payment Methods
Nour Hammour accepts payment by Debit Card, Credit Card, AMEX, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also accept wire transfers, please contact us on sales@nour-hammour.com and we will assist you with the invoicing personally.
Discount Codes
Upon your subscription you will receive a welcome code granting you a 10% discount on your first purchase. This code is not applicable on Sale Items unless mentioned otherwise.
If you have an exclusive code that is not functioning feel free to email us on sales@nour-hammour.com for immediate assistance.
Only one discount code is valid per order, they can't be combined.
International Pricing
The Nour Hammour website appears in Euros, American Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP) and Australian Dollars (AUD). The rate is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the Euro and the other currencies. Checkout will be automatically appearing in Euros, and the bank does an automatic conversion reflecting the price appearing on the website.
Shipping and Return
Shipping
We offer worldwide complimentary shipping on all orders of 500€ and up.
Once your order is processed and order confirmation sent, it takes 7 days to produce your special piece. You may then allow 2-3 days for international shipping, and next day delivery for most of Europe. All orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will be receiving a follow up email with a tracking number to be able to trace your package’s journey.
If you have any concerns regarding the shipping time to your address, please do let us know via email sales@nour-hammour.com and we will accommodate accordingly.
If you have purchased a piece at a pop-up we will personally be reaching out and sending you a tracking number for your order 2-3 days after your purchase.
Duties and Taxes
For International shipping outside of EU, we are pleased to offer complimentary duties and taxes. Your package will not require any payment upon delivery. Price at checkout reflects final price of your purchase. In the case where you do receive a payment please feel free to send us the receipt via email and we will cover the duty fee, sales@nour-hammour.com
Return and Exchanges
Nour Hammour strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we want you to find a product you love. We are happy to offer free return and exchanges on all US and International orders, shipping, customs, duties and sales taxes. During Sales period, unless mentioned FINAL SALE all products are eligible for exchange or return.
All returns must be shipped with the original packaging and garment bag piece must be unused with tag still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that seem used or worn. Product will not be accepted if it has been worn outside, stretched or stained.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

- Enter the email used to purchase the item/s
- Select the product/s you would like to return
- Print the prepaid shipping label
- Ship the product/s back to us within 30 days
- You’ll be refunded once item is returned to our warehouse on the original payment method used for the payment of your order.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
- Enter in your order number, email or zip code
- Select the item your sending back and click ‘Exchange’ on the screen
- You’ll be prompted to select a new size or color
- Print your return label and mail back the original item
- You will get a shipment confirmation as soon as it ships out.
Once we receive your return, and the piece goes through a quality check to ensure its perfect condition, please allow 3-4 business days for the process of your refund, and about 7 days for it to appear in your account.
Custom Pieces are treated on a case by case basis. Alterations can be made because we want clients to have the perfect piece. These pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
During Sales Period, pieces purchased on sale can be exchanged or returned for full refund unless mentioned FINAL SALE. Pieces with FINAL SALE mentioned in the description are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Privacy Policy
While visiting our website, we automatically collect information about you, your device as well as your web browser: IP Address, time zone located and the cookies installed on your device.
We collect device information using “web beacons,” “tags” and “pixels” which are electronic files used to capture information about how you browse through our website.
When a purchase is made on our website, some information is recorded. This includes your name, billing and shipping details, type of payment information (not your direct credit/debit card information), email address, and phone number.

We use Shopify as our online platform that generates automatic analytics for us in order to better understand your purchase behaviors. These analytics are also transmitted through our Google ads, as well as our mailing system powered by Mailchimp. This helps us create targeted advertisement and or communication which may be of your interest.
