Full time position starting now based in our Paris office.
ROLE:
Nour Hammour is looking for a Copywriter to join our Paris team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the voice of Nour Hammour across all written touchpoints: from newsletters and product pages to press materials, social captions, and campaign storytelling. You will work closely with the marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to ensure every word reflects the precision, intimacy, and editorial sensibility that defines the DNA of the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and write all brand copy across channels: newsletters, website, product descriptions, social media, press materials, digital ad campaigns and campaign narratives.
- Maintain and evolve the Nour Hammour brand voice, ensuring consistency and intentionality across every touchpoint, from a subject line to a press release.
- Craft product descriptions that balance editorial depth with commercial clarity, bringing each piece to life through language.
- Develop copy for seasonal campaigns, lookbook editorials, and collection launches in close collaboration with the creative and production teams.
- Write press releases, client communications, and showroom materials that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and Parisian identity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of copywriting experience, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, or an adjacent creative industry.
- A portfolio that demonstrates range, from short, sharp social copy to longer editorial and narrative writing.
- A natural instinct for writing with restraint. You know that in luxury, what is left unsaid carries as much weight as what is written.
- You write for feeling first, and trust that the right emotion will always drive the right action.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
ABOUT YOU:
- Detail-obsessed, you notice when a comma is wrong and when a word is almost right.
- Collaborative and open, but confident in your creative point of view.
- Calm under deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple briefs across campaigns and channels.

SHOWROOM & MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT
Nour Hammour — Paris
ABOUT NOUR HAMMOUR
Nour Hammour is a Paris-based luxury fashion house specialising in leather and shearling outerwear. Founded in 2013, the house has built an international reputation for pieces defined by strong silhouettes, exceptional materials, and precise construction.
Each collection approaches outerwear as the foundation of a woman's wardrobe: pieces designed to be worn repeatedly, remembered, and kept.
Nour Hammour is sold through its own channels and a select network of international luxury retailers. As the house continues to grow, the Paris showroom plays an increasingly important role in presenting the collections, welcoming private clients, and bringing the product and brand experience together.
We are looking for a Showroom & Merchandising Assistant to join our Paris team and contribute to the daily life and high standards of the showroom.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an immersive role at the intersection of private client, product merchandising, and showroom operations.
The showroom is both a direct sales channel and a physical expression of the brand. Clients visit to discover new arrivals, try different pieces, receive personalised recommendations, and shop the collections in an intimate setting.
You will help ensure that each new collection is represented in the showroom with clarity, relevance, and commercial impact. This includes understanding the product, maintaining the right assortment on the floor, presenting pieces thoughtfully, preparing for appointments, and supporting the client journey from discovery through purchase and delivery.
The role combines merchandising, product knowledge, private client service, stock management, and showroom organisation.
THE ROLE
Merchandising & Product
- Receive and process incoming collections, samples, and showroom stock with accuracy and care.
- Count, tag, label, price, and integrate each piece into the showroom inventory.
- Develop a strong understanding of the collections, including key styles, materials, finishes, colourways, and fit.
- Support the preparation and organisation of seasonal launches, collection deliveries, and special product moments.
Private Showroom Experience
- Prepare the showroom before private appointments, ensuring the environment and product selection are perfectly presented.
- Support the team during client appointments by sourcing, retrieving, and returning pieces fluidly.
- Anticipate what the team may need during appointments so the client experience remains seamless and uninterrupted.
- Assist with personalised product selections, client requests, gifting, and special showroom experiences.
- Maintain an informed and polished presence that reflects the Nour Hammour world.
Stock, Transfers & Logistics
- Manage the daily flow of garments between the showroom floor, backroom, warehouses, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate transfers and returns, ensuring every movement is logged, tracked, and communicated accurately.
- Monitor showroom availability and flag discrepancies, missing pieces, or stock requirements promptly.
- Manage client pickups from beginning to end, including product registration, preparation, packaging, communication, and courier coordination.
- Support deliveries and last-mile logistics when required, ensuring each order is handled with care and urgency.
Showroom Standards
- Maintain an impeccably organised and visually considered showroom and backroom.
- Ensure every piece is placed correctly and can be located immediately.
- Keep packaging, garment bags, shopping bags, stationery, and presentation materials fully stocked.
- Support visual merchandising adjustments and the preparation of new arrivals.
- Ensure the showroom is consistently ready for clients, press, stylists, partners, and members of the international team.
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain stock sheets, collection records, movement logs, and operational tracking documents with rigour.
- Support order follow-up, product requests, scheduling, and day-to-day showroom communication.
- Assist the wider team with collection-related research, preparation, and special projects.
- Contribute wherever needed to the smooth and excellent functioning of the showroom.
ABOUT YOU
You are curious about fashion, but equally interested in the discipline behind it. You understand that in luxury, presentation depends on precision and that the smallest details often determine how the entire experience is perceived.
You are:
- Exceptionally organised, observant, and attentive to detail.
- Drawn to beautiful spaces, beautiful products, and the work required to maintain them.
- Proactive and resourceful; you notice what needs to happen before being asked.
- Hands-on, dependable, and willing to take ownership of both visible and behind-the-scenes responsibilities.
- Calm and responsive in a fast-moving, appointment-driven environment.
- Comfortable balancing shifting priorities without compromising accuracy.
- Interested in product, craftsmanship, styling, client experience, and the broader workings of a luxury fashion house.
- Discreet, polished, and thoughtful in the way you communicate and present yourself.
- Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
- Confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and shared operational documents.
