Exchanges

- Select the item you are sending back and click ‘Exchange’ on the screen
- You’ll be prompted to select a new size, color or style
- Please use the pre-paid label included in your original packaging to ship back the package. For US clients a return label will sent to you once registered on the portal.
- You will get a shipment confirmation as soon as your new piece ships out
Returns

- Please use the pre-paid label included in your original packaging to ship back the package. For US clients a return label will sent to you once registered on the portal.
- You will be refunded within 10 business days of the order received back to the warehouse
Upon receipt of your return, the item will be processed and a quality check will be done to ensure perfect condition. Please allow 10 business days for the process of your refund, and 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account. For all international and UK returns, please note a 25€ shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Method
We offer worldwide complimentary shipping on all orders over 600 Euros. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been picked up by the courier.
Shipping Time
Most of the pieces are made to order and hand-cut in our workshop the day you submit the order. You should allow approximately 4 days for us to produce the piece once your order is processed and then 2-3 days for shipping. As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a DHL tracking number to track your order. If you need to receive your package before a certain date, you can email us at customercare@nour-hammour.com and we will do the necessary for you to have your piece in time.
We recommend that you track carefully your package, once delivery details have been sent to you. If you will not be able to receive your package at certain dates/times please notify us at customercare@nour-hammour.com . In the event that you have not received your package that claims to be delivered please contact us at customercare@nour-hammour.com as we will do our best to locate it.
Duties & Taxes
For International shipping outside of EU, duties and taxes are included. Your package will not require any payment upon delivery. Price at checkout reflects final price of your purchase.
Please note that orders above 2500 Euros shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to retrieve your Federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
Return Policy
We offer free return and exchanges on all EU orders within 14 days of delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. International and UK orders are not eligible for complimentary returns and a 25€ shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All returns or exchanges must be registered on the portal prior to shipping back the package. During Sale period, unless mentioned Final Sale in product description all products are eligible for exchange or return.
All returns must be shipped with the original packaging and garment bag, product must be unused with original tag still attached. The return needs to be registered on our portal prior to shipping it back to us. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that seem used or worn. Product will not be accepted if it has been worn outside, stretched or stained.
